MooseRoots, a geneology data site by Graphiq, found the names that are most common for babies born in the spring. Using their database of almost 50 million birth records, they calculated how common a name was per one million babies born during the spring months.

To do this, the experts at MooseRoots found how common names were in the U.S. during specific decades and then looked at names that were most likely to be given to children during the spring zodiac periods: Aries (March 21- April 20), Taurus (April 20- May 21) and Gemini (May 21- June 21). Each boy and girl name is ranked by its Zodiac Factor, or how many babies per one million were given a name during the specific zodiac sign.

For example, in the 1950s, the name April was given an average of 494.45 times per one million baby girls. However, April skyrocketed to 9,104.7 per one million baby girls from April 20- May 21 (Aries) throughout the 1990s.
