Neighbor reacts after pipe bombs found in community

Investigators found two possible pipe bombs and five other partially-built devices at a property in Randleman on Tuesday, according to Randolph County Sheriff's Office. Deputies said a citizen called in a tip shortly after 3 p.m., reporting they'd found pipe bombs at a location on Providence Grove Church Road. Sarah Capps lives across the street from where the bombs were found. She said she wasn't told she had to evacuate, but she did because she said she wasn't taking any chances. "Nothing happens out here ever other than like drugs or whatever but bombs are totally different. That never happens out here, especially across the street," Capps said. "I was terrified." Investigators said 30-year-old Joshua Yehl is suspected to be responsible for the bombs. Yehl was already in Bladen County Jail on unrelated charges.
