Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank's Royal Wedding Is Expected to Be Larger Than Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's

If you thought Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's recent royal wedding had quite the excessive invite list, what with 600 guests and 1,200 members of the general public, just you wait. The next royal ceremony on the horizon, between Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank, is expected to have an even higher attendance rate—200 more guests than the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, to be exact.

According to sources via The Mail on Sunday, Eugenie and Brooksbank reportedly invited 850 individuals to their October 12 wedding, which actually exceeds the capacity of their ceremony venue, St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle. The space, where Harry and Meghan also said "I do," can fit 800, meaning the couple will have to get creative with their seating chart. A source also added that a few "no" RSVPs wouldn't be the worst thing.

"The wedding itself is going to be huge and they are hoping quite a few of the people they’ve invited won’t be able to come, because of the capacity issue," an insider told The Mail, according to Yahoo.

For starters, Prince Philip's (Eugenie's grandfather) and Kate Middleton's attendance are currently up in the air (that narrows it down a bit!). However, not much else is known regarding the couple's future wedding attendants. Similar to Harry and Meghan's May 19 wedding, Brooksbank and Eugenie's will likely also be a star-studded affair. George and Amal Clooney, Ellie Goulding, and James Blunt are among a few A-listers rumored to be on the invite list. British singer Robbie Williams' daughter is believed to be a flower girl, as well.

Taking another cue from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, the 28-year-old royal and her fiancé will also request the presence of the public, allowing 1,200 United Kingdom citizens to partake in the festivities within the Precincts of Windsor Castle. Combined with their 850 anticipated guests, Brooksbank and his future bride are in for one well-attended wedding, to say the least.

Fingers crossed Eugenie, Brooksbank, and their royal wedding planner won't have to stress too much over ceremony seating as their big day draws closer.
