‘You’re In Danger,’ Says Dr. Phil, Advising Guest To Leave Aggressive Boyfriend
Jennifer claims that her best friend, Heather, is in an abusive relationship with her long-time boyfriend, Collin, and says she fears the only way Heather will leave him is “in a body bag.” Collin admits to being aggressive with Heather, screaming and yelling at her, pushing her - and once biting her face - but claims it’s her fault because she pushes his buttons and “constantly pokes” him until he explodes. Heather admits that Collin has put his hands on her but says she loves him and doesn’t look at him as an abuser. “I’m telling you you’re in danger,” says Dr. Phil to Heather in the video above. “I’m telling you, you need to get out of this relationship - and if I were you - I would get out of it right now.” When Heather says, “I don’t think it’s that bad,” how does Dr. Phil respond?
