The youngest generation of Duggars can count one more member! Jinger Dugger Vuolo and husband Jeremy Vuolo welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Evangeline Jo, on Nov. 22. In a photo posted to Instagram, Jinger gave the newborn a kiss and wrote, "Evangeline Jo Vuolo has arrived! We are so thankful to God for this precious little angel!"
