Northeastern states will see the least growth.</p><p><strong>The 10 states with the fastest job growth will see employment gains ranging from 2.7% to 3.8% this year</strong>, and a pickup between 3.1% and 4.5% in 2016, when we expect the national average to hit 2.1%.</p><p>Meanwhile, look for unemployment rates to continue to decline in almost all the states.</p>

Rates falling in most states

These 10 states are likely to see the fastest employment gains this year, all topping the 2% national average.
