Texas parents reunite with newborn quadruplets after winter storms
Last week’s winter storms created problems for many families, including Bill and Starlyn Cafferata, who were separated from their newborn quadruplets for eight long days. Now they join TODAY live with two of the babies, Francesca and Lennon. The quads’ sister says “I’m a big sister now!” according to Bill.
