Yellen, Malerba First Female Pair to Sign US Currency
Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and U.S. Treasurer Lynn Malerba are the first women to have their signatures on one US banknote at the same time. The new $1 and $5 bills are being printed in Ft. Worth and were unveiled Thursday. They'll go into circulation next year. Yellen is the first female Treasury secretary.
