If you want to live like a prince in Manhattan, here's your chance.

A 10,500-square-foot triplex apartment owned by a Saudi prince has just come on the market for $48.5 million. The apartment, in the Heritage at Trump Place, has four bedrooms and 10 baths, with views of the Hudson River.

The seller is Prince Nawaf bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, who was close to the late King Abdullah.

The listing agent is Ryan Serhant, of Nestseekers International and one of the stars of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing New York." (Like CNBC, Bravo is owned by Comcast's (CMCSA) NBCUniversal unit.) Serhant declined to give any information about the seller.

While not among the most expensive or largest apartments listed in New York, it's got some unusual features. There are three bulletproof panic rooms, a billiards room with a saltwater aquarium, a hair salon, a ventilated cigar room and a six-person Jacuzzi overlooking the Hudson River.

It's also got a special "sushi island" in the kitchen. It's unclear how that differs from a regular kitchen island, except, perhaps, that it was more expensive.
