Its single-use access plans provide unlimited access to a specific hotspot for a defined period of time, tolled from the time the user first logs on to the network. Its integrated hardware and software platform allows the company to provide a range of value-added services to network operators, technology companies, enterprise software and services companies, telecom operators and venue operators. It offer roaming services across its entire network of over 800,000 hotspot locations to its partners who can then provide mobile Internet services to their customers at these locations. It licenses its proprietary software and provides software integration and development services to its platform services partners. This enables them to integrate its mobile Internet solution with their product and service offerings. Its solution includes its proprietary, patented techniques for wireless signal detection, presentation and network aggregation. The Company offers its telecom operator partners access to its DAS infrastructure at certain of its managed and operated hotspot locations. It deploys its DAS infrastructure within airports and other locations that require additional signal strength to improve the quality of cellular services. It offers its venue partners the ability to implement a turn-key Wi-Fi solution, with no initial investment, through a Wi-Fi network infrastructure that it install, manage and operate. It faces indirect competition from telecom operators, WiMAX operators, cable companies, self-managed venue networks and smaller wireless Internet service providers.lessless
