The Company faces competition from multiple food and beverage categories, and includes producers of generic and private label products, as well as other branded food and beverage manufacturers. The Company is subject to regulation by various government agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Federal Trade Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency, as well as various state and local agencies.
