The Company designs and markets Skechers-branded lifestyle footwear for men, women and children, and performance footwear for men and wom...moreen under the Skechers GO brand name. The Company's core consumers are style-conscious 12 to 24 year-old men and women attracted to its youthful brand image and fashion forward designs. Its brands are sold through department and specialty stores, athletic and independent retailers, and boutiques as well as catalog and internet retailers. In addition to wholesale distribution, its footwear is available at its e-commerce website and its owned retail stores. As of February 15, 2014, the Company operated 122 concept stores, 131 factory outlet stores and 71 warehouse outlet st...moreores in the United States, and 44 concept stores and 26 factory outlets internationally. Its objective is to profitably grow the operations while leveraging its recognizable Skechers brand through its strong product lines, advertising and diversified distribution channels. Skechers USA category for men and women includes; Casuals, Dress Casuals, Relaxed Fit, seasonal sandals and boots and Casual Fusion. Skechers Sport footwear for men and women includes; Skechers Memory Foam styles, Lightweight performance-inspired athletics, Classic Athletic-inspired styles and Sport sandals and boots. Skechers Active has grown from a casual everyday line into a complete line of sneakers for active females of all ages. The product line, with lace-up, Mary Janes, sandals and open back styles, is available in a multitude of colors as well as solid white or black, in fabrics, leathers and meshes, and with various closures traditional laces, zig-zag and cross straps, among others. BOBS from Skechers line has grown to a year-round product with the addition of vulcanized looks and an at Home line. It is marketed to young women. The BOBS collection also includes footwear for kids, and men to a smaller degree. Skechers Kids line includes; Skechers Kids, which is a range of infants, toddlers, boys and girls boots, shoes and sneakers, S-Lights, Hot Lights by Skechers and Luminators by Skechers, Skechers Cali for Girls, Airators by Skechers, Skechers Super Z-Strap, Elastika by Skechers, Bella Ballerina by Skechers, Twinkle Toes by Skechers, Sporty Shorty by Skechers, and Air-Mazing by Skechers. Its casual shoes and utility footwear compete with footwear offered by companies such as Columbia Sportswear Company, Converse by Nike, Inc., Crocs, Inc., Deckers Outdoor Corporation, Kenneth Cole Productions Inc., Steven Madden, Ltd., The Timberland Company, V.F.
