The Company is an independent provider of premium hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing, wireline and other complementary services to oil and natural gas ex...moreploration and production companies in the United States. In addition to its core service offerings, the Company manufacture, repair and refurbish equipment and provide oilfield parts and supplies for third-party companies in the energy services industry, as well as to fulfill its internal needs. The Company currently operates in three reportable operating segments: Stimulation and Well Intervention Services; Wireline Services; and Equipment Manufacturing. Its Stimulation and Well Intervention Services segment provides hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing and other well st...moreimulation services. Its hydraulic fracturing business currently consists of more than 300,000 total horsepower capacity. Its coiled tubing business currently consists of 27 coiled tubing units. Its other well stimulation services mainly include nitrogen, pressure pumping and thru-tubing services. It commenced its Wireline Services segment with the acquisition of Casedhole Solutions on June 7, 2012. Its Wireline Services segment provides cased-hole wireline and other complementary services, including logging, perforating, pipe recovery, pressure testing and pumpdown services, which are critical throughout a well’s life cycle. Wireline Services segment currently consists of 69 wireline units and 33 pumpdown units, as well as pressure control and other ancillary equipment. The Company commenced its Equipment Manufacturing segment with the acquisition of Total E&S, Inc. in April 2011. Its Equipment Manufacturing segment constructs oilfield equipment, including hydraulic fracturing pumps, coiled tubing units and pressure pumping units for third-party customers in the energy services industry, as well as for its Stimulation and Well Intervention Services and Wireline Services segments. The Company operates in various oil and natural gas producing regions of the continental United States, including the Permian Basin and the Eagle Ford, Bakken and Marcellus Shales. The Company competes with Halliburton, Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, RPC, Inc., Stewart & Stevenson, Enerflow Industries Inc., National Oilwell Varco, Inc. and among others.
