The Companys reportable segments are Concerts, Ticketing, Artist Nation and Sponsorship & Advertising. Its main competitors in the live music industry include Anschutz Entertainment Group, or AEG, and C3 Presents, in addition to numerous smaller regional companies and various casinos in North America and Europe. In markets where they own or operate a venue, the company compete with other venues to serve artists likely to perform in that general region. Consequently, touring artists have various alternatives to its venues when scheduling tours. The Companys main competitors in venue management include SMG, AEG, The Nederlander Organization and The Bowery Presents.
