Its portfolio, including partnership interests, consists of 93 power plants, including three under construction (one new power plant and two expansions of existing power plants), located throughout 20 states in the U.S. and Canada, with an aggregate generation capacity of 28,104 MW and 699 MW under construction. It provides ancillary service products to wholesale power markets. These products include the right for the purchaser to call on its generation to provide flexibility to the market and support operation of the electric grid. The Company is a buyers and sellers of emission allowances and credits, including those under California’s AB 32 GHG reduction program, RGGI, the federal Acid Rain and CAIR programs and emission reduction credits under the federal Nonattainment New Source Review program. The Company own 93 power plants, including three under construction (one new power plant and two expansions of existing power plants), with an aggregate generation capacity of 28,104 MW and 699 MW under construction. The Company also has approximately 4 MW of capacity from solar power generation technology at their Vineland Solar Energy Center in New Jersey.
