Costco isn't all cheap hot dogs and bulk paper products. As the seasons change and the stock rotates, some surprising items work their way onto the shelves and into the center aisles. That boat hanging from the ceiling? That surfboard on the racks across from the cheese? All of those are bargain buys from Costco, and you might see other unexpected items if you keep an eye out on your way to the dairy fridge or while browsing the website.
