Coffee shop owner doesn't want broken windows distracting from racism

In March COVID-19 forced Chicago coffee shop owner Dan Weiss to close his 19 locations and lay off dozens of employees. As he struggled to create a plan for re-opening the Dollop Coffee Co., peaceful protests and civil unrest ignited in Chicago over the killing of George Floyd. While two of his businesses suffered damages, Weiss tells CNBC he doesn't want his broken windows to distract from the real story: institutional racism and the death of another black man at the hands of the police.
