Kobe Steel scandal impacts planes, trains and autos

Kobe Steel revealed that employees faked data about the strength and durability of aluminum and copper parts. Two Japanese railway companies found substandard steel in some bullet trains. This after Toyota, Honda, Nissan and Mazda have all confirmed they bought substandard parts from the country's third largest steel producer, as did plane maker Mitsubishi Heavy and Subaru.
