Why SPACs are booming in 2021
SPACs, which stands for special purpose acquisition company, are surging. From January to February, there have been $70 billion dollars in SPAC transactions. In 2020, there were $83 billion dollars total. Leslie Picker joins 'The News with Shepard Smith' to explain why SPACs are booming, including interest from Hollywood celebrities.
