BOE Regulator Says Freedom From EU Could Improve Bank Oversight

May.21 -- Leaving the European Union could help Britain ward off emerging threats to the financial system, according to the top U.K. bank regulator at the Bank of England. He speaks with Anna Edwards on Bloomberg TV.
