Trump's budget: Spends on defense, slashes safety nets

Iran oil industry rebounds with help from foreign tankers

Iran has struggled in recent months to find shipping partners to export it's crude oil but a temporary agreement to secure insurance has paved the way for foreign companies to help move the commodity. However, certain U.S. restrictions that remain in place keep some international companies away from doing business there. The new insurance deals are designed to offset any loss due to U.S. insurers being barred from dealing with Iran.
