Lolo Jones is fed up with 'Fifty Shades of Grey.' The U.S. Olympian and famous virgin told her Twitter followers on Tuesday to skip the kinky box office hit. Jones wrote, “Funny how some people think there’s nothing wrong with 50 shades of Grey. God didn’t create sex for that purpose. Watch another movie.”

The star athlete added, “Some ppl medicate pain by being more and more physical to where if they are ever alone they can’t feel any peace.” Jones seems to be suggesting that BDSM sex is used mostly to cover up deeper pain.

Fifty Shades of Grey earned well over $90 million at the domestic box office during the long holiday weekend, with many Americans, even other devout Christians, apparently much more comfortable with the subject material than Jones is.

Jones is one of the few U.S. Olympians to compete in both the Summer (track and field) and Winter Games (bobsled). In 2012, she revealed that she’s still a virgin, calling saving herself for marriage the “hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life.” It sounds like once Jones’ sex life begins, it won’t much resemble Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele’s adventures. What do you think about what she had to say?
