Fred Ward, ‘The Right Stuff,’ ‘Tremors,’ actor dies at 79
Fred Ward, star of the 1983 hit “The Right Stuff” has died at the age of 79. His “Tremors” co-star Kevin Bacon honored Ward, saying “When it came to battling underground worms I couldn’t have asked for a better partner… rest in peace Fred.”
