Surveillance video shows Brandon Tsay's life-and-death struggle as the 26-year-old disarmed the Monterey Park suspected shooter as he entered the Lai Lai Ballroom. At 72 years old, Huu Can Tran is the oldest mass shooter in modern history. Teacher Eli Bardova, Tsay's brother-in-law, says he knew the killer and two of his 20 victims at another dance hall less than three miles away.
