Zac Efron's charming persona and good looks will help him the nail the role of Ted Bundy.

At least that is what the serial killer's former lawyer thinks.

John Henry Browne, who represented Budy in the 1970's and early 1980's told TMZ that the role of Bundy in the upcoming biopic "Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile" could make Efron's career — if he does it right.

Browne said that the easy part for Efron will be that he's charming and good looking, which made it easy for Bundy to seduce young women.

However, the part Efron will have to really get right is capturing the serial killer's "essence of evilness," TMZ reported.

Bundy was executed in Florida in 1989 after confessing to killing more than two dozen women.

Efron has a major role in the upcoming "Baywatch" movie remake alongside Dwayne (The Rock) Johnson due out May 25.
