The incident reportedly occurred in Los Angeles at around 2 a.m. last Saturday at the Italian restaurant Serafina, where Bieber’s producer friend, Poo Bear, was hosting a party. According to TMZ, the singer was play fighting with his pal Kyle Massey when he noticed a staff member from the restaurant recording the two. Bieber reportedly asked the man to stop filming, but when he didn’t comply, the singer headbutted him.

The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department was called following the alleged attack, but Bieber had left the scene by the time authorities arrived. The alleged victim reportedly declined to press charges against the pop star, but the LAPD is still investigating the situation. Gossip Cop has reached out to a rep for Bieber for more information, as well as Serafina, but we’ve yet to hear back.

This incident comes on the heels of the news that the singer is being investigated for allegedly assaulting a man after a Cleveland Cavaliers game last June. As Gossip Cop reported, Bieber got into a fight outside of his Cleveland hotel last summer, but his alleged opponent just recently filed a complaint against him. That investigation is currently underway and no charges have been filed as of yet. Celebrity mugshots
