Major advertisers bench expensive Super Bowl commercials
Several advertisers responsible for iconic Super Bowl commercials have decided to scrap game day ads in favor of using that money for more worthy causes. Monica Rustgi, vice president of marketing at Budweiser, comments on their choice to use money to educate the public on the COVID-19 vaccine. NBC’s Jo Ling Kent reports for TODAY.
