Former Vacaville oral surgeon gives up license to practice amid sexual assault claims, sources say

A former Vacaville oral surgeon accused of several sexual assaults has turned over his license to practice to the Dental Board of California, KCRA 3 confirmed through multiple sources Thursday. David Webb, of the now-closed Northern California Facial and Oral Surgery, made his first appearance in court Thursday since being hit with six misdemeanor sexual assault complaints. Webb’s presence at a pretrial conference was required by a Superior Court of California, Solano County judge. Webb remained silent while leaving the courthouse, refusing to answer multiple questions we asked him.
