Irayan, Lillia, Aiden and Dove were murdered after being held hostage.
People came with flowers and comforted each other with hugs at the funeral for the young children.
After the funeral, the family's attorney read a letter their mother Ciara Lopez wrote to the community.
"The reality of this has not set in for me. I remain stuck in that one night that one night where everything changed. Standing outside that apartment waiting for different news," Lopez wrote.

Funeral held for four children killed in Orlando standoff
After shooting Officer Kevin Valencia in the head on June 11, Gary Lindsey Jr shot and killed the four children then took his own life after holding police at bay for hours.
"I long terribly to be with them in their final moments. Sharing in any pain they might have felt. I was told they passed away in their beds, my girls holding each other, providing love and support and comfort to one another one last time," she wrote.
Lopez wrote of her pain, and being aware of the pain the family of Officer Valencia is dealing with.
"My prayers go out to Officer Valencia during this time. I want to thank you for his courage and bravery trying to help save my children. I pray that he can walk away from this and be there for his family."
Lopez thanked the community for being their for her family and taking care of her children for what she described as their final moments on earth.
