The trial continues for Juan Ortiz, the former border patrol agent charged with the deaths of four women during a 12-day killing spree back in 2018.
A fifth woman claims she managed to escape Ortiz.
The trial was paused on Monday when a juror fainted as graphic images of the four women, who were shot in the head and neck were shown.
Tuesday was the seventh day of the hearing.
Ortiz appeared emotional, wiping his eyes and holding his head in his hands as phone recordings were played to the court and new crime scene evidence was shown.
If convicted of capital murder, he faces life in prison without parole.
