Police arrest man for trying to rob the same bank for second day in a row
Money can’t buy smarts.
A California man who allegedly robbed a Southern California Chase bank was apprehended by police after he was caught attempting to rob the same Chase branch the next day.
On Monday afternoon, the man entered the Fountain Valley Chase bank and handed the teller a note demanding money.

Before officers can respond to the robbery, the crook got away with a “large amount of cash,” the Fountain Valley Police Department said.
On Tuesday afternoon, police received yet another call about a robbery taking place at the same location.
Officers that descended on the scene managed to catch up with and arrest the 33-year-old suspect.
The unidentified suspect has had numerous robbery convictions in the past, is being held at the Orange County Jail on $170,000 bail.
