Supreme Court Strikes Down New York Gun Law Restricting Concealed Carry
The U.S. Supreme Court struck down a New York gun law that would limit who can carry guns in public. In the court’s 6-3 decision, SCOTUS ruled that the law was an unconstitutional violation of the Second Amendment right to bear arms.
