Video: Hijacked bus hits several cars in San Francisco
A suspect was taken into custody Friday after a bus was hijacked and hit several vehicles in San Francisco, according to police. The MUNI bus was taken by force at Mision Street and Cortland Avenue in San Francisco, and police said it didn’t have any passengers inside when it was stolen. San Francisco police said that approximately 10 vehicles were hit by the bus, and one driver had a nonlife-threatening injury. Video shared with KCRA 3 shows the stolen bus running a stop sign and driving in the middle of the road before striking a car while attempting to make a right turn. Officers said the bus came to a stop at Guerrero and 19th streets, where the suspect was taken into custody.
