Woman killed, child hospitalized after hit by suspected DUI driver in Sacramento County
A woman was killed and a girl was injured after they were struck by a suspected DUI driver Thursday morning in Sacramento County, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash happened at Power Inn Road and Elsie Avenue, officials said.
