Yuba City family questions law enforcement effort in finding her sister

One of the families of two people who have been missing from Yuba City since Aug. 6 have questions for law enforcement about the search and discovery of their loved one. Former classmates found the bodies of Juan Zavala, 36 and Janette Pantoja, 28 outside their SUV in Nevada County Wednesday evening around 5:30 p.m. "I was really hoping that they would be found alive and I could give her a big hug and tell her I missed her," said Adriana Pantoja, younger sister of Janette. She was the middle sister who they called, "Janet."
