In the second hour of TODAY’s Great American Holiday Cookie Swap hosted by Dylan Dreyer, chefs from the South share their favorite holiday cookie recipes. Vallery Lomas makes sweet potato cookies from Louisiana, Tiffany Derry whips up Texas pecan candy and Elizabeth Heiskell makes Mississippi-style tassies.
