46-year-old kicking legend Adam Vinatieri made 23 of his 27 field goal attempts in the regular season for the Colts, and in the snowy conditions at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday, Vinatieri was making it look easy in pregame warmups.

Vinatieri, of course, has some experience with taking clutch kicks in suboptimal conditions.

The future Hall of Famer had a game to forget in the Colts' divisional round loss. Vinatieri had a chance to reduce the Colts' deficit to end the half, but his attempt from 23 yards deflected off the upright. Vinatieri was previously 97-of-97 on field goals of 23 yards or fewer for his career.

The Colts' offense finally delivered a touchdown drive in the fourth quarter as Andrew Luck hit T.Y. Hilton with a beautiful 29-yard pass in the endzone - but Vinatieri missed the extra point. Had Vinatieri made both kicks, the Colts would have only been trailing by seven points with five minutes to play.

The Chiefs put the game out of reach with a 61-yard touchdown drive to go up 31-13.
