Joy Reid tells Lawrence O’Donnell that Joe Biden must balance his desire to unite the country “with bringing accountability” to Donald Trump and those under him “who practiced corruption openly” and “sabotaged” the agencies of government with “not just incompetence, but malfeasance and maybe crimes,” adding Biden “may not want to fight” but he must “root that out.”
