Metal fencing around Capitol an increasingly frequent and controversial security measure
For the third year in a row, an eight-foot, black metal fence will surround the Capitol complex ahead of President Biden's address to Congress. It was erected over the weekend and will remain in place through at least Wednesday, surrounding the 175,000 square-foot Capitol grounds complex. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane takes a look.
