South Africa's Mashatile on ANC's Top Priorities

Paul Mashatile, the treasurer-general of South Africa's governing African National Congress and the man tipped to be its next deputy leader, said the party's focus must be on fostering economic growth. He told Bloomberg's Francine Lacqua that while he supports an independent central bank, he believes government should be allowed to debate its nationalization.
