Citizen Sleuths Form Patrol Team to Track Down Stolen Cars
In Portland, Oregon, brazen bandits made off with 10,000 vehicles in the last year. Some Portlanders even had their cars stolen multiple times. Locals are so fed up with the car theft crime wave, they formed their own patrol team. Titan Crawford launched a Facebook group called PDX stolen cars. It's where citizen sleuths can report suspicious vehicles. The patrol team is about 12,000 members strong and many of them go out almost every day to track down stolen vehicles.
