At least 23 dead after tornado, storms slam Mississippi
The Monroe County Coroner confirmed to NBC News that at least 23 people are dead, including a father and daughter. Mississippi Emergency Management Agency sent search-and-rescue resources and other help to the area and utility companies are racing to restore power from downed lines.
