Biden announces plans to lift some Trump-era restrictions on Cuba
The Biden administration is planning to lift restrictions on Cuba originally set in place by former President Trump. NBC News’ Ed Augustin reports from Havana on the policy changes that would include expanding visa processing and lifting the cap on money being sent to the island.
