Biden CDC goes back to square one on Covid policy: gathering accurate data
Rachel Maddow points out that because the outgoing administration did such a poor job organizing a response to the coronavirus, their statistics like case count and death totals are inconsistent and unreliable. So, since data is the foundation of measuring a policy's success, the Biden administration began with, among others, an executive order on data collection.
