Colorado illustrates how comprehensive police reform can work
Tyre Nichols’ fatal beating at the hands of police has sparked renewed calls for police reform at both the state and local levels. Colorado is one state that has already implemented comprehensive police reform. State representative Leslie Herod helped author that legislation.
