ER doctor responds to Biden's coronavirus response plan
President Biden detailed his plan to fight the coronavirus Thursday as the average daily death toll tops 4,000. As CBS News correspondent Mola Lenghi reports, the new administration aims to make testing and vaccines more available, reopen schools and vaccinate 100 million Americans in 100 days.
