Counselor to the president Kellyanne Conway once again defended President Donald Trump from a frequent detractor: her husband.

While speaking to reporters on Monday morning, Conway dismissed tweets by her husband, George Conway, that cast doubt on Trump's mental state.

"No, I don't share those concerns," she said.

"I have four kids and I was getting them out of the house this morning before I got here so I can talk to the president about substance, so I may not be up to speed on all of them," she said of her husband's tweets.

George Conway, who frequently criticizes the president over Twitter, over the weekend began questioning Trump's mental state.

He tweeted out a cover of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, as well the pages that describe narcissistic personality disorder and antisocial personality disorder.

Conway's comments came during a flurry of tweets from Trump, in which he threatened a federal investigation into "Saturday Night Live" for mocking him, criticized the late-Sen. John McCain and called on Fox News to bring back Jeanine Pirro after her show did not air Saturday following her controversial commentary on Rep. Ilhan Omar's patriotism.

“His condition is getting worse," Conway tweeted.

Trump last year claimed that Conway was only tweeting negatively about the president to get publicity.

On Monday morning, Conway, an attorney, urged Americans to think about Trump's mental state in the upcoming election.

"*All* Americans should be thinking seriously *now* about Trump’s mental condition and psychological state, including and especially the media, Congress—and the Vice President and Cabinet," Conway tweeted.
