Feb.26 -- The House is moving ahead with a vote on the $1.9 trillion Covid-19 stimulus plan on Friday as a ruling by a Senate official made it unlikely that the measure will include a minimum wage hike to $15. Bloomberg Government’s Emily Wilkins explains on “Bloomberg Surveillance Early Edition.”
