MoneyWatch: U.S. gives Chevron temporary approval to pump oil in Venezuela
The Biden administration has decided to ease some of its oil sanctions in Venezuela, giving Chevron a limited opportunity to pump oil in the South American country. Francisco Monaldi, director of the Latin American Energy Program at Rice University and a nonresident fellow at the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia, joins CBS News to discuss.
