Mother of Uvalde shooting victim files federal lawsuit against city, police and gunmaker
The mother of one of the 19 children killed at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas has filed a federal lawsuit against the police, school district and maker of the gun the shooter used. NBC News' Steven Romo explains what Sandra Torres' lawsuit entails and the other lawsuits shooting survivors and families are filing.
